Our line of High-Temperature Thin Film Sensors is manufactured on rotatable ConFlat Flanges. These are typically used for UHV and High-Temperature Processes (up to 300 degrees C). We also provide our High-temperature sensors on 1″ baseplate bolts, however, the temperature limit is lower (205 degrees C), as they utilize Viton O-Rings for the vacuum seal. Our high-temperature sensors are designed so that there is no exposed coax cable. We vacuum seal the coax connection wire inside of a rigid 3/16″ O.D. stainless steel tube. This eliminates outgassing of the cable jacket material during bakeout or high-temperature coating processes. These sensors are built to order, with the customer supplying the pertinent information such as specific lengths and bends of the sensor cooling tubes and coax connection tubes. Sensors utilizing our shutter/actuator have an operating temperature limit of 200 degrees C and maximum bakeout temperature of 300 degrees C.
